This front wheel drive car was designed and manufactured in Italy by Pininfarina. This is a family owned car since new and is an amazing all original car with only 21,000 miles. It has been stored in a climate-controlled garage and is in excellent condition. 1993 was the last year for the Allante, only 4,670 were built that year and, this is the only year for the Northstar 4.6-liter, 295hp V8 engine. This is a very powerful, torquey motor that accelerates with authority and gets reasonable gas mileage.
Finished in dark green metallic, this coupe shows extremely well with only minor imperfections visible upon close inspection. All the trim is present, complete and displays well with only some normal wear. The front and rear bumper’s fit is extremely tight and finish is exquisite. The weather-stripping is pliable, with little or no signs of drying, tearing or shrinkage. The car has a slight window tinting that compliments and completes the “sport” appearance. The manual tan convertible top is in very good condition with the rear window in excellent condition. The original 16 inch wheels represent well with only slight signs of marring and curb rash.
Inside, the rich tan leather front bucket seats and rear seats appear with normal with only slight wear spots on the drivers seat’s outside bolster visible. The matching tan door panels, carpet and dashboard are a continuation of the striking black exterior of the car and look fantastic. All gauges are ergonomically place have correct appearance and function as originally designed. The originally equipped leather steering is in excellent condition and functions as designed. The heater and air conditioning function as designed, power heated seats, power windows and Delco stereo.
This nicely represented Cadillac equipped with a Northstar 4.6-liter, 295hp V8 engine, matted to a 4-speed 4T80E automatic transmission, road sensing suspension, 4-wheel ABS (anti-brake system), active damper management system, 4 wheel disc brakes, power steering and power brakes. The wheels are 16 inch chrome 5-spoke original Cadillac rims with Vogue Custom Wide Trac Touring tires.
