1987 Buick Regal Turbo T package Additional Info:

Beautiful original clean 1987 Turbo T. This was the baby I'd been looking for two years ago, ut alas, y attention and time and space for her have run out..Amazing paint and cleanliness! Factory lightweight original aluminum mags.
Factory Options:
*W02 blackout package (black window and door trim, lack front grille, tc) gives this Turbo a sinister yet clean look.
*AM/FM Cassette
* Cruise Control
Note, his is NOT a WE4 like so many of these T's get advertised as, ut she is a very quick car that yes, s probably faster than a Grand National ;). It does have the W02 package that brings the look a lot closer to the Grand National scheme, ut I love the chrome on the bumpers, he subtle awesome aluminum wheels, he lack of emblems and spoiler, nd the great creamy tan interior and plush carpeting. This is truly the "gentleman's" Turbo Buick.. The materials inside are all completely original. No trim has been touched on the console, ash, oor panels, r seats. I personally chose this car after a long search a couple years ago because: She has no T tops. Structurally very sound and never leaked into..She has the WO2 package and it's beautiful. She's not a GN and I like the sleeper, ore subtle look and trim of this package. Additionally, he lack of T Tops (something I looked for) has kept this body in great shape and leak proof. Many collectors advised me to go this route when I bought the car. She was a one-owner car when I found it, wned by a gentleman in Georgia who was falling ill and had babied the car, ot driven much for over 20 years, ut had run out of the ability to maintain, olish and dust the car.
I did a lot of basic mechanical maintenance, ired a professional detailer to polish the car and bring back it's amazing shine, nd replaced the exhaust system. All fluids have been changed and high pressure oil lines that needed replacement have been done. AC blows like new. Radiator has been re cored and a new heater core has been put in. New exhaust looks and sounds great. It's a system that is very similar to new. Someone may or may not want to paint the tips black.. Original Cats are functional still.
Problem areas- The two biggest issues with the car are 1) the upper dash trim right up near the windshield being cracked in a couple places. It is hard to see, nd not discolored up there at all, owever. 2) the cassette deck is not playing. Radio is good and I've replaced rear speakers with quality replacements and the system sounds great and operates. I've just elected to leave the options for the future to the buyer. 175.00 and shipping gets this factory rebuilt if needed (by a Canadian company I've found)
GREAT AREAS-the mileage, he originality of all of the rubber, lastic, rim, nd undercarriage are second to none. It's an extremely clean example of this fine car. The top paint on the roof, ood and trunk have all been treated/repainted by the dealership under factory GM warrante(I have the receipts still) And this clear coat is clean and stays really swirl mark free, onsidering the black paint!
Engine bay is very original and untouched, ther than maintenance and cleaning. The upper intake plenum has turned whitish as happens in many of these cars. The intake hoses are even original. The Brake booster (Powermaster) is original and works great. The hood blanket is all nice and original. The lower windshield trim, ipers, tc are all very nice. The only hose I've changed is the turbo outlet hose(that goes from there to the inter-cooler) and clamps. I don't believe in "bling" so she stays original where it can. The original inter-cooler has been removed, leaned and replaced. It is very nice and clean.
Run-ability is excellent. It is not a car that has been raced. She runs smoothly and predictably and shifts perfectly in all gears. My mechanic discovered that the car has a pretty simple tune installed, s I'd bought one to put in, ust for fun. This will be a fantastic time piece for someone who is a vintage Buick lover. I'm sad to have to let her go, ut time and space are just at a premium for me now.
Please don't hesitate to call Brian at 503-949-2911 if you have any questions. I'm not a professional photographer or Ebay seller/dealer so I'm sure there are going to be points I've missed. I'm happy to show individual spots with more pics or answer any questions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an unmolested example of a great great collectible car from the 80s..to me, t is THE collectible car from the 80s..
Thanks and good luck
