1971 Buick Skylark Gran Sport Additional Info:
This is a NO RESERVE auction high bidder wins I will not end the auction early
1971 Buick GS original 350 car now has a 455 with converted stage 1 heads. Previous owner stated motor is fresh with all new TA Performance internals. I do not have documentation to prove this. The engine runs and sounds great. TA Performance aluminum intake manifold, headers and 3 inch exhaust. Mild cam perfect for the street. Turbo 350 transmission and open rear end not sure on gear ratio. Big 4 row radiator and a singleelectric pusher fan if needed. Original color is code 62 Bittersweet Mist, the car was painted recently, unfortunately the paint shop mixed the color wrong. The color looks great but I prefer the original color. Very solid Nevada car, Previous owner purchased it in 1998 as stated on the title. The trunk does show lightevidence of rust due to trunk mat. Shown in pictures. The rest of the body is solid and rust free. The floor pan on the passenger side is soft and there is a picture showing slight rust, due to leaking heater core which is now by-passed. The Burnished Saddle interior is all new from OPGI, excluding headliner and arm rests. The headliner is in nice shape, it is just sagging slightly. Factory disc brakes in the front, Factory AC is all intact, however the compressor is locked up. Factory gauges all work, I installed a new fuel sending unit and removed the factory build sheet which is included with the car. The car sold new in Dallas, Texas. Does also have factory radio which is inop. Please serious bidders only, call with questions. Scott 702-339-0572.
This is a real GS. It is not a real 455 car or Stage 1. NO RESERVE auction
