Vehicle Details
Save it all or just save some!! 1978 Buick Regal Sport coupe originally boasting the first year of the turbo 3.8. The true predecessor to the Grand National and T-Type cars, these are very rare. This one is in very rough shape. Would work for a very ambitious restoration project, or just use it for parts. The engine and transmission are missing. The turbo hood is rare, but does have rust issues underneath as seen in the photos. The trunk lid is also super rare, as it is ALUMINUM! Perfect lightweight part if you’re building a race car for the drag strip or circle track. The rear of the driver side frame rail is rotted out, where the bumper connects. Driver door was taken off, I can only assume because they lost the keys, as it is also hacked up around the door lock mechanism. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Car is available to be seen in Campbell Hall NY, 1 hour north of Manhattan.
