There are exceedingly few Skylarks- especially SunCoupes- cooler than this one. In the sun this car presents beautifully, with its striking metallic bronze paint, open top, and jet black interior. With old school Boyd Coddington wheels, it looks pure hot rod, while booming the exhaust through dual Flowmaster 40-series turns heads, attracting tons of attention wherever it goes.

The motor starts easily, runs well, and transmission shifts are smooth and positive. The sound of the idle is sheer cammed bliss. With lower profile tires up front the ride is a bit firmer than stock, but not harsh. Suspension is sound and the car tracks well. Power assisted steering and brakes make it easy to drive. The top has been replaced once prior, and is now showing a little age but still very presentable, in decent condition. It opens, closes and slides with little effort.
