This is a dream find. The previous owner owned this vehicle since 2001. All registration history indicates it was always a California car until the previous owner moved it to Idaho. It has been kept in locked storage for 18 years. There is NO RUST anyone could find anywhere on the car. It runs (but badly) and it comes complete with some very rare 1932 Buick parts. The car is original wit the exception of the replacement of the original... up draft carburetor with a down draft carburetor. The original up draft carburetor (in pieces) is included in this sale, as are hundreds of other original parts, screws, gaskets, and trim. The headlights have been re-silvered. The steering wheel has been restored to perfection. the 6 wire wheels are perfect, gauges are restored to new condition, and the wind-up Sandoz clock on the glove box actually works! Car has new wiring, a new 6V battery, and a new starter. The car includes all original interior pieces including door panels, seats, windows, and door hardware. The wood structure of the 'soft top' roof needs to be rebuilt. The remaining wood structure (body by Fisher) in the doors, floor, etc., is on perfect condition. Previous customer didn't have the heart to 'part the car out'. The clock, gauges, steering wheel, 6 spoke wheels, refurbished radiator, straight 8 radiator cap, radiator, Buick Bar, lights, rear view mirrors, and the very rare luggage rack, would part out at $8,000 plus, according to online antique car parts houses. This vehicle stops traffic even when it's not moving! The metal is perfect! There are not even minor dents anywhere on the car. This beautiful care needs a new caretaker.
