Arkansas title in my name, document in hand. In Nevada you can register a car with an out of state title. I was required to have a VIN check at the DMV. The car is registered and insured in my name. The car is my daily driver and is a dependable vehicle, though leaky.

The top is a rag, literally, and the pump stopped working.
