1972 BUICK SKYLARK CONVERTIBLE, 455, AUTOMATIC, 12 BOLT, APOLLO WHITE WITH RED INTERIOR AND A BLACK (POWER) CONVERTIBLE TOP. NICE COLOR COMBINATION. BODY OFF FRAME RESTORE. FRAME BLASTED AND PAINTED. THIS CAR NEEDS A FEW THINGS YET:
1. NEEDS REAR SEAT REUPHOLSTERED TO MATCH FRONT SEAT. ALSO HAVE THE HEADRESTS BUT THEY NEED TO BE RECOVERED AS WELL.
2. NEEDS A FRONTEND ALLIGNMENT AND SOME GOOD ROAD TESTS TO DIAL ALL THE NEW SUSPENSION STUFF IN. (YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JUMP IN THIS CAR AND DRIVE IT HOME YET)
3. NEEDS DRIVEN.
THIS CAR WAS BUILT AND I NEVER GOT AROUND TO FINISHING IT. MOTOR IS EITHER A 74 OR 75 BLOCK. VERY CLEAN SO I MADE SURE TO CHANGE HEAD GASKETS AND ALL OTHER GASKETS BEFORE I PUT IT IN. BODY IS DESCENT BUT FAR FROM PERFECT. FENDERS ARE REAL NICE, INNER FENDERS ARE CLEAN SOUTHWESTERN BEAUTIES, NEW RADIATOR SUPPORT AS WELL. DOORS ARE CLEAN, QUARTERS WERE CHANGED EARLY IN ITS LIFE AND HAVE HELD UP GREAT. FLOORS ARE FAIR, SOME SURFACE RUST UNDERNEATH BUT LOOKS OK. TRUNK IS FINE. BUMPERS ARE FAIR, GRILLE HAS 1 OR 2 REPAIRS TO STUDS, GS HOOD IS VERY NICE, LIGHTS WORK, BRAKES RECENTLY BLED, FIRES RIGHT UP AND ALL I EVER DID WAS YARD DRIVE IT. POWER TOP WORKS FINE. WILL DRIVE UP ON ANY TRAILER NO PROBLEM. NO PLATES OR INSURANCE!
NOT AN ORIGINAL GS BUT HAS EVERYTHING ON IT THAT ONE CAME WITH. NOT ASKING $50K NEITHER. I DONT NEED YOUR HELP SELLING IT SO PLEASE DONT ASK. I AM IN NO HURRY TO SELL BUT THOUGHT I WOULD SEE IF ANY INTEREST IN A VERY COOL CLASSIC MUSCLE CAR.

** Yes this car started life as a Bamboo Cream 1972 Skylark Custom. Original 350 2 barrel Non- A/C car. All lights work, heater works, wipers work, power top works, all gages work and the door buzzer works. Horn is missing the contact spring which I have now in the glove box and the radio doesn't work, haven't looked at it....
