Welcome. You are bidding on an original 1967 BMW 1600. I have a clean California title to this car and it comes with both matching original black and yellow license plates. Please take a look at the pictures and read the description. I am happy to answer any questions or take any additional pictures if needed. This car has been a California car its whole life.This car has been sitting for the past 20 plus years.

Exterior: This car was originally Manilla however has been repainted a couple times in its past. There is a light blue that is present in the trunk area. This car does have a couple of spots of rust scattered here and there. I have taken pictures of those areas. The worst area is the spare tire whel. This car appears to have some welding done in the past in the front clip area. I am not sure if the entire front clip was replaced or just some spots. I have taken a pictures of it.
Interior: The interior of this car is original and complete, but it need of a restoration.

Engine/Transmission: This car has its original numbers matching engine. The engine still turns over freely, however no attempt has been made to start the car. I assume it would need fresh fluids, filters and battery before starting to attempt to start it. The transmission still shifts smoothly through all of the gears.
Wheels/Tires: This car has a set of new tires and the car rolls/steers very easily. All 4 wheels on the car are date matched 1967, but the spare has a later date.

Overall: This is a great chance to pickup a 1600 project car. It could be turned into a ti replica or build the 1600 to your liking.
