You are bidding on the iconic BMW 2002, 1972 model refinished in its original Inka orange paint. Desirable chrome bumper, round tail light model. These cars have proven to be and continue to be a great investment. This vehicle spent its first 44 years in CA, owner then moved to the south where it has resided for the last 3 years. Extremely solid example top to bottom. Perfect color, perfect year, very desirable vintage BMW. Odometer shows 65000 miles, no documentation to indicate whether these are actual miles. Interior:
• Overall excellent condition.
• Reupholstered seats and door panels
• Vintage salt and pepper carpet with new headliner
• Dash was showing its age, now fitted with a one piece dash cover
• Although nonop, still retains vintage Blaupunct AM/FM/Cassette

Mechanical:
• Nicely done engine compartment
• Still retains original air cleaner
• Recent full tune up
• All fluids changed inc. trans and diff
• New H&R springs, slightly lower ride height
• New shocks and struts
• New front brakes
• New Guibo joint
• Recent trans linkage rebuilt, shifts perfectly
• New center exit exhaust
• New upper strut mounts
• New ball joints
• New sway bar bushings
• New Kumho tires
• Fresh alignment
• Everything works including heater, wipers, etc. Runs and drives very well.

Exterior:
• Still wears its original BMW hub caps on new tires
• New weather strip throughout
• Very clean and complete trunk area
• New front windshield
• Bumpers original, still look good but are not perfect.
• Very nice grill assy, a few light dings.
