This extremely solid, straight body panel BMW 1600 is the classic barn find. This car came out of an estate where the man owned a Gullwing, this and other European cars. This car has been sitting in the barn for years. The strongest attribute to this car is how solid the body and and undercarriage is.There is some small rust blisters at the bottom of both doors but otherwise the car is extremely solid.Review the sixty plus pictures posted and you can clearly see this is not a bondo rust repaired example but instead a solid straight factory car.All is not rosey the bonnet has some damage on the trailing corner from misalignment, the odometer has ceased working, the brakes do a slow self engage(probably an hydraulic issue),otherwise the car has a good drive. The interior seats and steering wheel are out of a later model BMW,I do not have access to the original seats or steering wheel. If you are looking for a great little 1600 with high structural integrity, review the pictures and call me at 615-971-4409.This and other European collectibles may be reviewed at Global Motorsports.com-Classic division,
