1967 Austin Cooper S MK 2 Additional Info:

This is a real US left hand drive 1967 Mini Cooper S MK 2 with original close ratio gear box & original engine.The head is not correct,it was replaced with a 1275 head that was modified for the extra head studs & was installed when the motor was rebuilt in the late 1980s.I ran the motor 5 years ago from a gas can & it ran well.Car still has its original hydrolastic suspension,it had fiberglass flares on it at one point & they have been removed.The front fenders & A panels were cut for clearance when the flares were installed hence the new fenders & front panel.Some idiot used a floor jack underneath the front floors to jack the car up & they will need to be fixed but they are solid with a small section on the passenger side that will need replacement.There are two small sections on the outer drip rail that will need monthly minor repair.The car has a lot of its original features & is a great candidate for restoration.
