1967 Austin Mini Additional Info:

1967 Austin Mini. Original LHD, U.S import. Car was acquired by previous owner in the early 2000's and went through a full nut and bolt restoration at that time. The original 850cc engine and gearbox were upgraded to a new 1275cc with twin SU carbs. Other upgrades include oversized aluminum radiator, front disc brake conversion, and aftermarket minilite type wheels. The exterior wears its original Island blue color done in a single stage urethane. The roof is a correct motherland painted roof flag. The interior has later mini seats reupholstered in grey with matching blue piping. The wood Rokee dashboard is an original unit that was refinished along with the Mountney steering wheel. Smiths TachometerThe CD/Radio stereo is concealed within the drivers glove box and sound is through Infinity speakers front and rear. The brightwork shows excellent and the front wavy grille gives the car a nice touch. The original key fits the ignition as well as the doors and trunk. The attention to detail is fantastic and it's hard to come across such a nice early original bodied mini. The only sheet metal work I have been able to find were the very front floor sections, and they were done very nicely. Overall this is a very well sorted car that is an absolute blast to drive. Everything from the stance to the sound of the exhaust are perfect. I have had a lot of cars and none have gathered the kind of attention this one gets!

• The odometer does not work and never has in my ownership. The speedometer and all other instruments function correctly. Due to age of vehicle the Florida title is stated as "Exempt". True mileage is unknown.
