1975 Auburn Speedster Additional Info:
1936 Second Generation Auburn Boat Tail Speedster 851. This vehicle was factory built by Elegant Motors in 1975. This Auburn has an automatic transmission, a Ford V8 390 Engine and sits on a Ford Chassis. The vehicle has original two tone paint Blue/Tan which is in good condition. The owner purchased this vehicle in 1988 in CT from the estate of H. Guski. The vehicle was only used as a parade car during that time. The vehicle at time of purchase had 1836 miles on the odometer. The vehicle currently has approximately 30200 miles on the odometer. This vehicle has been driven and garage kept throughout the years. The vehicle has also been maintained, serviced (oil change etc.) and inspected annually. It was said that the reason for the 'Second Generation title' was that these vehicles were built using NOS (New Old Stock) Factory parts from the original Auburn Factory in Indiana. This vehicle is said to be 95% complete with original bumpers, medallion, grill, paint and more. I believe that it is missing the skirts. This vehicle has a clean title. I also have the original ad that was used to purchase the vehicle in 1988, along with sales receipt and information on previous owner and estate executor. I also have the service records for this vehicle dating back to the 90's. I also have recent video (8/15/19) of the vehicle being pulled out of the garage and riding down the highway. The vehicle has natural wear and tear from age and usage. What you see in the photos is what you will receive when purchased.Thank you for your time.
