1958 Aston Martin DB 2/4 MK III Leather Additional Info:
1958 Aston Martin DB 2/4 MK III, Right Hand Drive. Imported into Canada in April 1975 by present owner of 43 years. The car was Dispatched to Stirling Moss from David Brown Industries on April 15, 1958 as his personal livery for the company. The Aston was tested and used by Stirling Moss in Motor Racing and Motor Rally Magazine in December 1958. I have 2 original copies of magazine which is on page 412. Same article in the Aston Martin-A Collection of Contemporary Road Tests 1948-1959, on page 68. Also have 2 copies. Body, Paint, Chrome, Wiring Harness and Engine with transmission completed in 1980. Interior restoration was started during the 80's, but never completed. The British Heritage Certificate is supplied with the additional Build Sheet from Aston Service Dorset is supplied also. I only have a few pictures supplied because of my other 2 vehicle squeezed into a 1 1/2 garage. All additional questions will be answered by phoning me at 905-834-5715. I do not want to trade this vehicle.
