This is a 1978 Amc Matador, Barcelona edition with 36,000 original miles. I’m the third owner of this car which was delivered new in Westminster Maryland and purchased by a relative of the dealership. I’ve owned it approximately two years and in that time I’ve replaced all the tires going through the engine tuned the motor updated the carburetor and detailed the car which is 98% original paint. Air-conditioning works as it should as well as everything else in the car. Last year I drove this car on a 2000 mile trip to where it was built in Kenosha Wisconsin annual car show. It’s one of only 800 that were built in a two or three year period with this Barcelona package. This car is a true time capsule it needs to be seen to be appreciated.
