1969 AMC AMX Additional Info:

1969 AMX shell, (body). This was a 390 4 speed car. BARN FIND! Clear title. This was a ISCA show car in the late 70's & 80's. This car was torn down in the mid 80's to prepare it to go up a class. They welded all engine compartment & undercarriage seems,(Seamless). And life took a sudden turn. There it sat in a all still barn tell now. The only weather this car has seen cents the late 70's is the condensation drips off the ceiling of the barn. So the only rust that this body has is surface rust wair they sanded through to bare metal. (NO ROT). Quite possibly one of the nicest shell you will ever hop to find. I even tried to put a punch through the darkest rust stains I could fine in the quarters down low, where there always is rot. No would not go, nice. This will be a local pick up only for obvious reasons. I hate to say it, but if this car do's not sell I will be cutting the quarters off and selling them starting at $1500 each. This body would be perfect for some one how has a rotten body AMX, or some one how has a Javelin and wants to switch there parts over and get some of the AMX only parts. To have a more,(arguably) valued car. You do not get the dash, but you will get the Vin tag. Also it will be buyers responsibilityto get the car out of here with in 7 days after the sale. I am going in for totalleft knee replacement and will not be ableto help load after Dec 1 2019. SO DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN MEET THAT REQUIREMENT! If you would like to viewthis body before bidding you can for the seven days it is beingoffered.
