Power brakes, power steering & power windows all functional. I have not attempted to get the AC working, but all of the parts are there. Aftermarket Pioneer CD player sounds pretty good. Someone covered the rear deck with a custom shelf with 6x9 speakers, which looks nice, but the original rear deck underneath is cut up as a result. Dash is cracked. The nice looking dash cover also has a bit of a crack.
CarFax says this car has only resided in Florida & California. Only significant rust is in the wheel well, see pic. Was repainted by previous owner. There are a few scrapes & dings, most notable is the cracked paint on the nose. It is easy to beat the 2nd gear synchro as is common on Italian cars of this era, otherwise the trani works well. Some oil leaks from engine & trani. Top replaced by previous owner & rear window is in good, but not like new condition. Seats & door cards reupholstered in original type material at some point in the past & look very good. Tires have about 5k mi on them.
I’ve done numerous small repairs & maintenance & have found the thing a joy to work on. Parts are readily available, reasonably priced & there are numerous forums that will help you out of any jam. Replaced hard to find Sipea relay, fixed shifter boots, fixed belt tensioner squeal, replaced fluids, air filter, oil filters, plugs, cap & rotor, belt, fixed broken odo wire ( lost maybe 200-300 miles ), new wheel & rear emblems, replaced rusty headlight chrome ring, cleaned oil trap, fixed intake air leaks, etc: all small stuff. Have receipts from previous owners showing a head gasket & cat replacement & other repairs & maintenance dating back to 2004. Car cover & miscellaneous parts included.
In summary, a nice, reliable driver level car. You could drive it as is or spend some cash and have a concourse winner. Many more pics available upon request. Feel free to ask any questions or drop in to have a look if you are local.
