Project vehicle for Ghia fans
Most of the original parts still exist, but the vehicle has classic East Coast rust from the rockers & below (see rear quarter panel pic where rust is revealed). Rockers & floor pans will likely need replacing. Rest of the body is in fair shape as the vehicle has been repainted at some point. We have had the vehicle for a couple years, but haven't done anything with it after rolling it off the trailer. We have never started the motor. It was originally purchased in Linden, N.J., and with one owner for many years. I don't believe it's been tagged since 2001, but it does have a title.
We paid more than the opening bid, but it's time to clear space for another project. As a JEEPer, I really don't know a bunch about VWs, but I do have some original paperwork on the car, so feel free to ask questions. Honest Ebayer; check my feedback.
