1977 Porsche 924 Additional Info:

I decided it is time to move on and therefore am selling the 924. This is a 1977 model with manual transmission. I have done quite a bit to this vehicle to make sure it runs and drives with the prestige the Porsche brand carries.In my ownership I got the brake master cylinder (with a brand new original ATE brand replacement) replaced and brake lines flushed. The front pads were in great shape. The shoes were also in good shape but one of the rear cylinders was sticking and was replaced with an OEM part. Both drum brakes were serviced at the time and cleaned. The entire brake system was re-adjusted and flushed. One of the odometer gears was broken when I got the vehicle but I went ahead and had it replaced. The timing belt and pulleys were replaced less than 100 miles ago along with the water pump. Engine belts were also replaced. Oil was also replaced. The rear view mirror was discolored and in bad shape. Replaced rear view mirror with used one in excellent condition. I installed a new battery to replace an old worn out battery. Additionally, the front seats were professionally re-upholstered under my ownership.I added the Porsche tag in the front of the vehicle. All light, buttons, dials, speakers and radio work. The AC system is all present but compressor is not connected. I never really bothered with it as I rode with the windows down. Car starts right up and has no fluid leaks.This car is in great shape. The paint is starting to look faded and has a slight discoloration on the hood but looks good for its age. Interior is in excellent shape. Will supply original stereo. Owners manual will also be provided.Serious buyers only! Thanks for looking.
