76 Trans Am

1976 Pontiac Trans Am Additional Info:

I am selling an absolutely gorgeous76 Trans Am that has 86000 miles on the car. The original 400 has been rebuilt 6 years ago with the addition of a shift kit. The car is an automatic and has a very nice interior with the original 8 track cassette player. Paint is exceptional and doors line up perfect with all new rubber. The car is an eye catcher and gets a lot of attention as the 76 was considered the last real muscle car of the era before things began to change....Here is the thing, as I looked over ebay to try to find the appropriate price to let this T/A go...I saw a lot of Trans Ams. Of course your 69's, 70'-74's are beautiful but the average person wont touch these unless they have$40,000 + or are single with no kids. The 1976 was a different year than most and still affordableand not one of the high production years either. This is a nice car all the way around that has not been chopped up and abused and the color scheme is awesome..not your everyday white or gold or even brown. I had reservations at first and have second guessed myself a few times about selling it but there are some personal reasons for the decision. There is rarely a time that I do not get compliments or asked questions when driving it to shows (yes, I said driving it...this is a driver and not a fixer upper).This is my second round on Ebay because of a buyer with insufficient funds. The car isamazing andneeds nothing but to be driven or taken to shows. I am 50 years old and the previous owner had been my age as well and the car has been taken care of very well.You wont be sorry for grabbing a piece of history due to the fact in another ten years the 76's will be in the mid to upper 30's in this kind of condition.
