1988 Defender 110 RHD V8 refurbished in 2015

1980 Land Rover Other Additional Info:

Its a 1988 (had to list 1980 since vin shorter than US vins) RHD imported from Africa and clear. it was restored 2015 with new paint/seats and engine work listed below. I just got it out of US gov vehicle storage, where the ran it once a month, and once out of storage in 2020 I had the carburetor rebuilt, new fuel lines, flushed tank, and new fuel pump. Having it checked now to adjust throttle/choke adjusted and new seat belts in back. It comes with red Alice jack and 2xGreen Jerry Cans.It did develop some rust on front tire hubs, front bars, rear tire holder and a couple spots inside on floor. Its priced to move and don’t want to put it back in storage

The VIN wouldn’t fit since imported and vin is #571038.

It had work done in 2015-it was taken down and sanded/ and new paint-LR Coniston Green with white top, Spare wheel carrier hinges replaced and painted (during 2019/20 repairs it got some rust listed above), Mounted new lights on roof and front grill (front lower right fog light needs repair from shipping when the lens popped out), New Snorkel for air intake but needs one connector, New shocks, New exhaust, New Master cylinder, Transfer box redone, Roof rack, and Bull bar both sand blast and powder coat Black (has a little rust from shipping),6mm Rubber Matting (Missing Driver/Passenger Area), All the seats were re-upholstered with new custom made green canvas seats and Land Rover logo in middle, New window/door seals, checkered (diamond plating ) metal protection plates added to all four doors and rear door, New window/door seals, New door hinges (some rust and cracks but just got doors realigned), New door handles, Replaced old glass fuse box with new box and fuses (redid the electrical system), Installed new locking metal arm rest “cubby box” with locking stereo cover, new stereo (nothing fancy but iPod hook up) Installed stereo and speakers, Installed in-dash stainless console and controls/switches for roof/grill/rear lights/gauges, New stainless steel shifters and cover over gauges.
