1993 Ford Taurus Additional Info:

1993 Ford Taurus SHO 5spd manual. Very clean and original car, only modification is a Bluetooth stereo head unit. The car is not not show quality but is as close as a daily driven car can be. Minimal surface rust underneath, and non on the body. The hood has a few chips in the paint that are not noticeable with out looking for them, and part of the rear wing cracked at some point and the repair has yet to be painted. The interior just like the outside is in great condition with just a few minor flaws. There is a stain under the parking brake, and on right in front of the passenger seat. No cracks in the dash, no rips or tears in the seats, all buttons and switches works as intended. In fact the only thing that I can tell you doesn't work is the factory sub woofer blew so I disconnected it, and the power antenna doesn't work since the aftermarket radio doesn't dower it. I just replaced the electric fan motor, and fuel pump with in the last month. I replaced the fuel pump with a 155LPH supposedly the highest capacity pump that will not overpower the factory fuel pressure regulator. The previous owner had the clutch replaced, though I don't know how long ago, it shows no sign of slipping, nor does the throw out bearing make any noise. I don't remember for sure if solid linkage vs cable linkage was an option for this year but it does have the solid rods between the shifter and transmission not cables. I have no proof that the 60K maintenance was done, but this is a free wheeling engine as long as you retain the stock cams. Car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
