1971 Ford F-250 Additional Info:

1971 Ford F-250 Custom 4x4. This is a low mileage and I'm the 3rd owner of this black plate California Truck. This truck's history has lived its entire life in California. It was originally purchased new at Haidlen ford in the town of Oakdale, Ca. Included in the auction is the original sales contract and plate frames from that dealership. The original owners manual and warranty card are included as well as other receipts, etc.
Exterior: The body is very straight for its age. The truck was repainted in the late 80's and still shows very well. The paint is shiny but does show some chips and scratches. etc. All exterior trim is present and in good condition for its age. The pick up bed is in very good condition and not beat to death like most old trucks.
Interior: The interior is mostly original and is in very good condition. The seat was recently redone. The truck is equipped with working A/C. The original AM radio works! The dash is very nice but the pad is cracked, I will include a used OEM dash pad that I purchased through eBay with the sale of the vehicle that has no cracks.
Mechanical: Very low miles on a professionally rebuilt 390 V8 (originally had a 360). The 4 speed transmission shifts great and the clutch feels good with no slipping. The 4 barrel carburetor was recently replaced with a Carter AFB. All terrain radial tires. New front brake shoes and wheel cylinders. The truck is in excellent mechanical condition with electronic power steering that's installed and could easily be a daily driver.
This is a 47 year old truck that is being sold as is no warranty.
The truck is currently registered and I have a clean and clear California title in my name.
Since purchased, I've added power breaks, electronic power steering, and duel interstate batteries, electronic ignition.All oils were switched to synthetic oil, drive train, break fluid, and engine oil .
Note:* There is one small rust spot about the size of about a quarter above front windshield on the roof edge.
