1972 Dodge Charger SPECIAL EDITION Additional Info:

NO RESERVE
You are looking at a factory "U" code, 1972 Charger SE. Very few SE's ever left the factory with a 440 Magnum engine, but this one did as documented by the original build sheet. It was also an original triple black car with bucket seats, sway bars, and heavy duty automatic transmission.
About 20 years ago, the prior owner did a complete nut and bolt restoration, and the body and chasis were shot with A4 poly silver. The car also received color-keyed bumpers, a super bee like stripe, and engine modifications that raised output to about 425 horsepower. Neck snapping acceleration, yet docile enough to be driven daily. The body is showing its age, and has a few nicks, scratches and other minor imperfections here and there. A few bubbles are starting to show at the rocker seam, which is very typical. The interior is about as close to mint as you can get, and is fitted with some custom goodies including a CD-changer stuffed in the glove box, oak wood steering wheel, pistol grip slap-stik shifter and additional instrumentation for the pilot to keep an eye on the mechanicals. Trans shifts smoothly, engine doesn't smoke, overheat or make any funny noises, and power brakes and power steering work great. This is a well sorted, adult owned car that can be driven anywhere.
You are welcome to come and inspect the car anytime prior to the auction ending. However, once the auction ends, the new owner will be contractually obligation to buy the car. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required immediately after the auction ends. The car is for sale locally so I recerve the right to end the auction early. Please check my 100% positive feedback. Thanks for looking and good luck!
