1943 Willys Additional Info:
This Jeep is for sale again because the high bidder on the last auction claims he thought the engine and tranny were original to the Jeep when he was bidding. He laterdiscovered, after winning the auction, that they are not original to the Jeep (even though I specified the type of engine and tranny in the description). Either way, he is not going to follow through with the purchase, and it's for sale again. Please do not bid on this jeep if you do not intend to follow through with the purchase.
1943 Ford GPWThis jeep isequippedwith an L134 engine and a T90 transmission. The Jeep is not restored but is a good running, driving Jeep. The engine, tranny and 4x4 work as they should. The tool boxes being rotted out are the worst part of the jeep. The body is not perfect and there are a couple small metal patches in the floor. Over all it still looks pretty good for a 73 year old jeep. The Jeep has had a lot of work done to it, including......new paint, brakes, head lights, break lights, water pump, plugs, wires, carburetor, starter, battery, glass, seat covers, ax, shovel and a few othermiscellaneousparts. The four tires on the ground are good but the spare is showing its age. If you are looking for a $25,000 restored vehicle, then this jeep is not for you. And if you are looking for an all original Jeep, then this is not for you. If you are looking for a fun, affordable, good looking Jeep that will continue to increase in value, than this Jeep may be the right one for you.
Jeep has a clean clear title. Please call or email any questions and please no solicitations!!
This Jeep is being sold "as is" with no guarantee or warranty. Thanks, Kevin 208.449.7eight5nine.
