We're proud to present a remarkably original 1960 Surrey Gala "Pepsi" promotional model, now in our inventory. This unique Jeep is powered by its 134 ci L-Head inline-4 cylinder engine and a 3-speed manual column shifter (as was factory with the DJ-3A Gala). The body is excellent and still has the original light blue paint with brand-new yellow-and-white fabric on the roof, seat upholstery, and side curtains, and bold "Pepsi-Cola" graphics in black on the side curtains. The clean wide-whitewall tires even sport the chromed Willys hubcaps painted in light blue to match the body. These rare Surreys included striped vinyl tops with fringe. Few survivors remain from the original 1,000-unit run of Surrey Galas. This being 1 of the 100 Pepsi-Cola promotional Willys Surrey Galas to be delivered in 1960 to distributors throughout the country. Making this piece both a conversation starter and an authentic relic of mid-century promotional history.
