I need to sell this CJ-3B Willys Jeep where it is and AS IS. It is located in Rock Hill South Carolina (approximately 20 miles south of Charlotte NC). It should probably be moved on a flatbed truck but possibly could be flat towed, although I wouldn't want to attempt that. The transfer case and transmission have been removed to have seals replaced and are sitting inside a repair shop on the property. All those parts may or may not be available with the purchase. The repair shop can't locate the ignition key!
The Jeep was purchased from a Florida location and brought to the repair shop. The brake system was completely replaced from the master cylinder, lines, drums, cylinders and shoes using all new (?) parts.
The engine ran well before beingparked. Upgraded to 12V and has an electric fuel pump. Gas gauge didn't work.
It sat for two years inside the repair shop and last November was moved to its present location outside. Since then its been subjected to weather. The photos were taken last month and show the wear that has occurred in less than a year. Thus my desire to see it gone and in the hands of someone who can appreciate and use it as needed.
I have very few extra parts. There is a bare metal replacement steel bumper (?) that goes across the back. There was a roll bar that was given tothe repair shop for installation but I don't know if they can find that either.
It has a clear South Carolina title.
I want to be completely done with this vehicle as it has caused some conflict in the family while it sits registered and insured with nothing being done. A broken dream, my son says I should just consider my original purchaseas part of a "Stupid Tax"..

Repair shop found the transfer case and transmission (see photos). They also told me they know where that roll bar is and the drive shaft. Still looking for ignition key.
