1936 Willys Model 77 Additional Info:
As we all kno, Willys ( pronounced Willis not Willies ) did not actually produce the 77 Pickup in 33/34 so guys find whatever 35/36 they can and then stick a glass 33 nose on it . It seems the 35/36 nose has little value and the 33/34 stuff is now the Hens Teeth of Hot Rodding . This one has a steel 33 nose .Typically when a builder wants a Willys pickup they will cut a Sedan since so few pickups were actually manufactured. This is why we see so many goofy roofs and cab backs when search the internet . The pickup is more rare than the Coupe is and you can have the same satisfaction for less money than the Coupe ! I'm offering my pickup for auction because I have another Willys project I have been working on and not getting too far . I need to focus on that one first .I can assist in loading and brokerage and whatever else I'm sure . I'm easy to deal with and will do what I can for you .I really want to see this truck get built so letting it go is the only way . Get it home and start blasting and priming so you can full on attack this project !I know I don't have a long ebay history but ya gotta start somewhere! I used my wife's account for years although not a lot . I think most Willysguys on the West Coats know who I am anyway . Don't be afraid to contact me with any questions, concerns or comments . Buying a vehicle like this could be a once in a lifetime thing and should be a happy and exciting time !
