I can’t tell by the title, but it looks like he was the original owner. He owned a very large refrigeration business in York, Pennsylvania. From what I can tell, the car has been sitting approximately 35 years. The Pennsylvania inspection sticker is from 1990. The body looks very straight. I have no idea on the engine. As you can see in the pictures and I am going to try to post a video. The interior looks very beat. From what I understand he wanted to restore it, but has recently passed.
