1963 Volvo PV544 - Rare black on red - Runs excellent - Lots new, solid 544!

1963 Volvo PV 544 Additional Info:

Up for sale is my previous daily driver, this car has been SUPER reliable and runs perfectly. A black Jag XJS came up for sale that I had to have, so the Volvo must go.
This Volvo has many new parts, including suspension, all new exhaust, alternator conversion, new headlight wiring harness with H4 bulbs, new tires, new bumpers, and new interior. All instruments and controls operate correctly. Comes with the factory jacking equipment, and original owner's manual. Locking Volvo gas cap with working key. Door and trunk locks work too.
Factory black (code 19) over red (code 43-221), very hard to find combination.
The body has no rust issues, but does show its fair share of chips and light scrapes. So not perfect cosmetically, but pretty darn nice overall.Underside is solid with the exception of the spare tire well, which has been patched from the inside.Both doors have NEW perimeter weatherstripping installed, a job that I wouldn't wish on anybody. Should be good for the next 30 years.

The car starts instantly in all seasons and runs STRONG. Braking is sure and smooth, and the car shifts perfectly, up or down, in all gears.
I'm the picky type, and can say that you will like the way this car drives, I sure have.
