Vintage Volvo 240 DL with under 75k ORIGINAL MILES!

Up for auction is 1989 Volvo 240 DL with under 75K original miles. This cars runs great and has been serviced by local mechanics specializing in european cars since taking ownership 3 years ago. I have all the receipts including water pump kit, new interstate battery, headlight switch, headlight relay, new high beam bulbs, brake light switch, new spark plugs, rear light motherboard, rear light assembly and just replaced corner front blinker assembly. When I replaced the headlight switch and relay on July 10th, the mechanic did a test on the battery which came back perfect (brand new), the starter test came back normal (exactly where the number should be) along with charging test coming back normal (exactly where it should be).
I have used this car as a daily driver for 3 years (mostly in North Carolina) and drives great and has no problem cruising along at 70 on the highway. The paint in a few areas can use some love along with some of the black plastic. There is a scrape above left rear wheel and a few quarter dings. The interior is in beautiful condition in my opinion and is almost like new. There are a few cracks on dashboard from sun but the cracks were there before I took ownership.
This car is equipped with air condition, but to be honest I haven't played with it much. The air settings of 1,2,3,4 for air speed works just fine but its not COLD air when air condition is on. My guess it needs to be charged. The heat works great.
Lately I have been having trouble with the brake lights going out, this is a common problem with the 240s'. I have replaced the brake switch relay but I am guessing its the PCB's. Just needs someone to tinker on them and see whats going on. The last time they went out, I replaced fuse but they are out again. The lights themselves work great as do all the turn signals etc.
The trunk is clean and large with the original tire cover still remaining. There is a newer radio with phone hookup, power windows and power door locks from drivers door / drivers key, owners manual and manual for radio,
I have an original 240 radio that I will throw in along with Volvo automotive repair manual.
The car is located in Champaign, IL - two hours outside of Chicago.
