1956 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Additional Info:

1956 bone stock Agave Oval. Car is a daily driver, with 36hp engine and 6 volts. Heads are rebuilt with new guides and valves, rebuilt PCI28 carburetor, new clutch, new brakes, new master, new reserve fuel valve. This Oval has the original split case tranny which shifts beautifully. Tires in great shape.
All lights work with Chip B LED snowflakes and turn signals, wipers, horn, instrument lights (oil) (generator) all work fine. Sapphire 1 AM radio (Bendix), may or may not work(have not hooked it up).
Car has zero rust, new heater channels and pans.
The car is perfect from 20 feet. It has minor scrapes, dings and paint chips from being an older restoration. The car starts, runs, stops perfectly and can be and is driven as my daily driver.
Note: Later style rear apron installed perfectly, later style hood, (not 4 tab), single piece windows.
Mechanically, no disappointments, all the hard work has been done, turn the key and drive.
If you are looking for a daily driver that you don't mind being in the rain or supermarket parking lot, this is the car for you.
