I unfortunately am selling my 1985 Volkswagen Vanagon GL camper can. Its engine swapped with a 2.0 ABA 1997 Jetta engine. Originally purchased from the Portland OR away. It’s running but runs very “weak”. It goes up to 40-50 mph and stops accelerating.
Added a power inverter and has a strong heater for the winter. Has a mini dresser and a twin size bed that is very comfortable. The power inverter is constantly charging from the main battery onto another RV battery so it’s not draining battery from the vehicle
Changed ALOT of electrical, air, and fuel components and it still gives me the issue. I’ve come to the conclusion that it maybe the fuel pump . One of the fuel hoses is leaking also but it’s an easy fix. I just don’t have time or the money to fix. My los, your gain, 7,000$ obo. I AM negotiable.
