“This 1974 Volkswagen Beetle has been extensively refreshed and upgraded with significant recent work completed, with over $20,000 invested in improvements. The car has received a fresh paint job and all rust issues were properly corrected, leaving the floors solid and rust-free. The entire front suspension has been replaced, along with new brakes and shock absorbers, and the rear suspension and shocks have also been renewed to improve ride and handling. It sits on new EMPI wheels and tires, giving the Beetle a clean classic look. Mechanically, the engine and transmission were removed so that all seals could be replaced, and the car also received a new carburetor and starter. Additional exterior upgrades include new skeleton-style headlights and new front and rear turn signals. Inside, the interior has been refreshed with a new headliner, dash cover, and a wood-style steering wheel. The car is also equipped with a new radio, two rear speakers, and an amplifier for improved sound. Invoices are available documenting the work that has been completed. A great deal of time and money has gone into bringing this Beetle back to solid condition, and while a few items may not be listed here, the investment and care put into the car are evident throughout.”
