This 1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle is a restored vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior, and drivetrain. We had it for 2 years since restoration and the vehicle runs great and is not regularly driven. The color is yellow, and the title is clean. The mileage is 98,365.

Vehicle Details

For sale is a used 1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle that has been restored to new condition. It’s the first version of the Super Beetle with the retro dashboard and steering wheel. Under the hood is a 1.9L engine that’s complemented with the original but completely rebuilt transmission with all an new clutch and plate. The new engine has around ~300 miles put into it, the amount of miles the car itself has is 98,365. The exterior has been repainted to the original Shangtun-Gold color the car had initially, all done by a professional who has painted cars seen on Barrett-Jackson Car Auction. There is no rust on this car top and bottom. The interior is black carpeted with black vinyl seats, all brand new. The title is included with this car, the title is clean. Everything about this car is brand new. The only thing wrong with the car is that the left rear tail light just sits a few inches down compared to the right rear tail lights (you can check the pictures to see). Which can infact be repositioned, it would require measurements then drilling two new holes in the fender for the screws to be seated. Once repositioned the initial hole would still be covered. We will not be making this fix ourselves, this would have to be on the buyer.
