He fell ill right after the engine rebuild and did not complete the restoration. We were not able to obtain record of the work.4 speed with reverse manual transmission.Road ready- street legal!All 4 seats have seat belts, turn signals, lights, and completely legal on any road.This is the original 1969 motor. As all mechanics know, it will require upkeep and adjustments as it's driven over time.Motor is a 1500cc Flat Four.Realistic top speed is 60 mpr without any adjustments.Great fun for a collector, beach fun, grocery getter, or bopping around town.Easy to transport- front attach tow bar is included (not pictured).
