This car is all original. It was purchased new in San Mateo California. It was serviced at the dealership for the first 50,000 miles. It spent most of its life in San Francisco before I acquired it ten years ago. I took the motor out, replaced the clutch, throw out bearing. Removed the heads for a valve job and machining. Replaced the pushrod tube seals. Replaced all the original fuel line with German reproduction. Replaced the original carb, but still have the old one. Replaced all the rubber engine compartment seals. Replaced the rear main seal. Rebuilt the brake master cylinder. Added electronic ignition, a new vacuum advance and fuel pump. And put on a new set of tires. I have the complete service history on the car from new. This car is a great driver. The original paint has a few scratches and dings but it’s a testimate to the cars originality. The front seats are a bit worn, but the carpet, headliner and back seat are well preserved original. A true California survivor. No rust whatsoever.
