Volkwagon Things have a very long history and are very unique vehicles. They are very versatile therefore lending to a wide range of uses and are highly collectible . This particular Thing as you can see is set up for off-road use but is just as comfortable on road. She’s not perfect but very reliable and ready for what ever you have in store her. I have tried to show all blemishes in the pictures but please don’t hesitate to reach out for more pics, videos or questions.

1978 VW Thing Baja conversion.

Great on and off road!

1600 CC single port engine with remote oil cooler and filte, all fluids and filters are fresh, engine runs great!

Vehicle includes:

*Full soft top with soft half door uppers ( window not great)

*Full roll cage with removable bikini top and aux. lights.

*Pre runner style bumpers front and rear (substandard welding on front bumper mounts).

*Baja style rocker rail guards.

*After market exhaust.

*4 new KYB shocks.

*4 New Folceum 235x75Rx15 M/T tires.

*Polished spun aluminum rims.

*New wiper blades.

*New Diehard battery.

*Blue Ox removable tow bar.

*Fire extinguisher.

*Factory jack.

*Mastercraft racing seat belts.

*Good Colorado title.

The bad:

Wind shield is cracke, wind shield frame has som rus, plenty of scratches, front bumper mount welding is terrible, Aux. lights and stereo not hooked up.

The Good:

Runs great and very reliable, collectible but also very usable and fun, pans are in good shape with minimal blemishes (video underneath upon request), can be towed to your favorite place to play.
