This 1977 Volkswagen Transporter is a rare gem that any car enthusiast would be lucky to add to their collection. With its iconic blue color and clean title, this vehicle has only been owned by the current owner for one year, but has been well-maintained and runs like a dream. Despite its low mileage of 48,000, it has not been driven regularly and has been kept in excellent condition. This is truly a one-of-a-kind vehicle that is sure to turn heads wherever it goes.
Vehicle Details
Very nice 1977 Riviera Bus that is still mostly all original. Have all original paperwork from when it was purchased new in Oregon. I have a bunch of receipts for work done on it over the years. Starts right up and runs/stop as it should. No smoke and great compression. Starts every time easily. Still has fuel injection on engine and heater tubes etc are included. The pop up canvas is in great condition, replaced the rear interior lights to Led and has rear usb outlets to charge phones etc. I bought it about a year ago and I just don’t have time to use it. I start weekly and drive around the block but that’s it.
Has new tires, hubcaps, empi quad muffler, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, replaced original counter top over fridge with butcher block. Still have original. Has very minimal rust, floors are solid and blue paint is a repaint prior to me buying. All lights, locks, windows, etc work. Great bus and will regret selling but can’t keep them all. See all the pictures to see what you’re getting and condition. Ask any questions before submitting offer or buying.
I can help with loading for transport or getting ready if going out of the country.
I have not driven any long distances but don’t see why it couldn’t make a trip but that’s on you. If it were me I would trailer to you and drive some first.
Deposit is non refundable as it cost me every time I have to relist for non paying bidders
