1974 Volkswagen Thing Additional Info:

1974 VW Thing 181. Very clean and runs great.

A lot of new parts and work done in past 2 years. New tires, new battery, new disc brake conversion, new carb, tune up, lowered with bug arms and spindles, tie rods, ball joints, shocks, steering damper, oem muffler, shifter coupler, trans mounts, the list goes on. Powder coated engine tins, VACP steering wheel, shift knob and ebrake handle. Empi hurst style shifter. Custom duckboards, VW vented gas cap, accessory glove box with lock, new kenwood deck not hooked up, no speakers. Seats painted with vinyl paint for refresh. Comes with extra set of oem 14” rims with brand new tires, tow bar and vwoa roll cage. Also have all factory Thing parts that were removed. Couple small paint bubbles on both front fenders. Pans are solid, no rust. Only pan repair was battery tray. Solid Ca Car. Stored inside. All work performed by Volkswagen Air Cooled Specialist shops. Have receipts.

Evidence of it being an original Acapulco. Vin within vin range, born 6/1974, running boards, blue behind dash and blue/ white in all right places under repaint.
