This 1967 VW Bug has been customized and fully restored to its current restomod condition.
The body was painted with gray and white paint and has all of the chrome redone and window seals along with a roof rack. The headlights have chrome covers and all trim parts look great. The body does have a few imperfections from driving the car. You can see in the pictures of all the small imperfections and the glass looks great. The car has smaller rear view mirrors and chrome horn covers
Suspension The car has been lowered and there were modern shocks installed. The front end does seat a little lower and has smaller Chrome wheels in the front and a little wider in the rear. The front tires are 135R15/25 and the rear is 165/80R145. Front and rear disc brakes were installed.
The VW Bug is powered by a 2276cc Engine that has been powder coated in this red and black flake. Engine specs are 82mm stroke, 94mm bore, 42x37 valves, 55cc chamber, .099" Deck Height. With alternator conversion and big pulley with updated ignition. The engine has been recently checked and work has been done to make it more streetable and risers were added to the carbs to help with heating. The car runs and drives with lots of power and plenty of power to keep up in today's modern traffic.
The interior has been completely redone with white and silver interior and there has been a full stereo installed with 2 10 inch subs and two amps with front speakers and an alpine deck.
All of the gauges have been replaced with black and gray dials with orange tachs. The original steering wheel looks great and a short shifter with matching shifter knob. All dash knobs are installed and a carbon fiber dash insert was used. It looks great with dials. All interior window trim and headliner and leather handles are all here and everything is complete.
