PS Three people have inquired about the floors, rust, etc. Though it wasnt the reason the car was taken off the road any buyer should expect to replace the floors as part of a restoration. There is rust. Im sure they are soft in places. I dont know if they were ever patched. If so, not by me.
One running board is missing. Rust is evident there and on many of the body panels too. The car is 99.9% complete and mostly original. The new top was put on in the late 1980s. But the doors click closed as they should so thats at least a good sign to its structural integrity. But it needs a full restoration. Sold as is.
$2165 buys it. Not $20,000.
