I will try to describe the bus to the best of my knowledge,
please read the entire listing for details and additional pictures and a video.

Up for auction is my 1973 Volkswagen Bus Westfalia.
This bus has a unique history, it was first sold in 1973 to Mr. George N. Parkswho was the former director of the Minuteman Marching Bandat University of Massachusetts Ahherst from 1977 until 2010.Owner's manual and customer's identification card states this information.
Vehicle has a clean California title and current registration
paid until August 2020.
Title and registration are in my hands and under my name.
Bus is a daily driver and looks awesome, it's a real head turner everywhere I go.It's a great option for someonelooking for a clean bus in great mechanical order.
EXTERIOR:- Original orange bus with lots of character showing some patina look at differentspots with a bit of surface rust areas. Frame chassis and jack point are super solid,some rust at doglegs, rear engine lid, driver front floor and other little spots nothing serious.- Solid body with minor dings.- Original glass all around including front windshield.- New top rubber.- All doors aligned.- New 4 tires.- Will need window rubber replacement front windshield and rear glass.- Needs new keys for side sliding door and rear hatch.-Small accident at driver rear panel, nothing really serious.- Overall great looking bus with lots of attention and thumbs up when driving around.

INTERIOR:- 90% original interior- Brand new upholstery for front seats.- New door panels.- New kick panels.- Very nice condition dashboard with a small crack.- Original Saphire XXV radio turns on but no speakers.- OG front rubber mat.- OG plywood ceiling panels.- OG furniture with jump seat and rear folding seat withoriginal mustard cloth upholstery.- OG cooler cabinet.- OG table.- OG sink with water pump.- Complete drain system with tank.- OG camper upper cot hammock.- OG front child's cot.- Brand new top canvas.- OG mosquito net at rear hatch.- Laminate wood floor on top of original linoleum material.- OG stickers all around at doors, panels, steering wheel, cabinets, etc.- Brand new curtains all around.- OG cabin plaid material curtain.

ELECTRICAL:- Original electrical system in place.- High and low beams working fine.- Emergency hazard lights working.- Turn signals working.- Lights and stop lights working.- Horn not working

ENGINE, BRAKES AND SUSPENSION:
- Engine in great working order with recent tune up.- Brand new 32/36 progressive carburetor.- New engine seal.- New manifold.- Brand new brakes pads and lines.- Brand new brake master cylinder.- Brand new rubber boots.- Brand new tie rod.- Great suspension.- Good shocks.

I'm not an expert and trying to describe to the best of my knowledge but for sure some other things may be forgotten or not being disclosed.
DELIVERY:
Buyer is fully responsible to pick the car in person or to hire a transportation company of his/her election.All costs related to the transportation of the bus to the desired destination to be paid by the buyer.I can't drive the vehicle to deliver to any destination.Car is located in the City of Bell, CA. 90201
WARRANTY:
Vehicle to be sold in AS IS condition with no warranties or guarantee expressedor implied. Car is a 48 year old vehicle in good running condition but any ofits components can fail at any time.
