JUST PLAIN FUN TO DRIVE!!

This car has had a complete restoration, to achieve this many new parts were installed. The motor was rebuilt by a VW specialist. Heater boxes are in good shape. Had the carburetor rebuilt plus the gas tank flushed out and cleaned.

New Top: Robbins convertible top w/ liner.

The motor block was split and cleaned # AH476222

NEW parts: Rod bearing, cam bearing, main bearings, push rod tubes, rings, valve job, oil cooler, intake valve, exhaust valve, generator, condenser, complete gasket set and seals, clutch, pressure plate, clutch cable, accelerator cable, spark plugs plus wiring, cap, rotor, points, muffler, tail pipe & clips,battery, gear oil in transmission, complete brake system including emergency cables, brake light switch & flashers, 5 radial tires, wheel bearings and seals,steering damper, fire wall pad, horn, rear shocks, front struts, windshield with all new rubber seal around it, wiper blades, new rubber on back side windows and around doors, both sides heater channels and floor pans, 2 headlights, fuses, door handles, fender molding, carpet and under padding.

Side vent windows do operate but do not seal completely when closed, so have been secured externally with a clip. Advanceauto parts does sell a Dorman part that could be attached on the interior as an alternative fix.

Had the front-end wheel alignment done.
