1964 VW Beetle Ruby Red
Description:This is a 1964 VW Beetle barnyard find which has been fully restored. Surprisingly, it has all service records, up until 1973, including: service books, copy of the original title and copies of all of the Bill of Sales. I was able to speak with original owner who purchased the car new from Davella Volkswagen in Mereden,Connecticut.Owners backstory: He bought the car to drive back and forth to his first job as aelementaryschool teacher. His car payments were $48.13 a month, $4 was the cost to fill the fuel tank and the option for a radio was too costly and not necessity. This car stayed within the family until 2004. Since then the car has been bought and sold 5 times making me the final owner.
