1969 Volkswagen Other Bradley GT II Additional Info:

We are selling a custom built 1969 Bradley GT II electric kit car. The car is currently is NOT operable due to dead batteries and the control system being unhooked.
THE STORY - PLEASE READ!!
I purchased this car from the original builder/owner of this car. It was featured in a lot of articles and websites when it was completed. I purchased the car from him in the non-running condition that it is still currently in. The car sat for a few years before I bought it. He and I had an agreement that he would come to my shop and get it running for me to show me how it all worked. After many broken promises to come get the car hooked up and running over the course of a year, I finally gave up on him. He never showed and the car has not operated since I have owned it.
As far as I know, everything is there to make the vehicle operate again..... control system, engine, accessories, etc. The batteries will need to be replaced. The information below is what I pulled off of a website article that I found...MotorDrivetrainControllerBatteriesSystem VoltageChargerHeaterInstrumentationTop SpeedAccelerationSeating CapacityTiresConversion TimeConversion CostAdditional Features

Currently I have a 12v system running 144v to the motor. I'm looking at purchasing new batteries... and running Lithium batteries to get better distance.

Well for now Electra is more of a show EV. I'm very proud of the work that we all have put into the vehicle. I'm not driving as a daily drive. I'm taking it to shows to show others what can be done to EV's
MiMod by EVInstruments
I'm using the MiMod by EVInstruments it allows me to see all the individual battery voltages and gives me reporting that can be used to make the car preform better all at the touch of a button.

LOL From the ground up... Lots of friends to help out... about 1 year.
20's
Touchscreen running MiMod EV. Allows me to control the car and all the gauges. From one central point. GPS, Radio, Car switches. Custom Seats... Lots of extra's in body work. LED lighting except the headlights looking to change them out as well. Shaved door controlled with poppers. A true modern day EV with a great look.
This is all the knowledgeI have on this car. I am sure someone can get it running, but I have no knowledge of electric cars or time to take on another project at 72 years old. A few of the pictures are from articles, the majority are of more recent pictures at my shop. Body wise it is still in very nice condition. The passenger side window/plexiglass has a crack. The custom seats are in fair condition. Overall the car is in good condition, but will need a little cleanup and obviously someone to know how to get it running again. The car is sold with a bill of sale only! I do NOT have a title for this car. I amselling the car AS IS. Vehicle must be towed away! I have told you everything I know about this car. Please contact me with any further questions you may have 816-836-3777 - Frank Sr. Thanks for looking!!
