You are bidding on a 1969 Volkswagen Type 3 (Type III) Fastback.This is the first year of the fuel injected engine. The paint is believed to be original paint since there is no evidence of a respray.Fuel Injected engine original to the car. The car was purchased about two years ago by the current owner. It was from California and was shipped to Indiana. Solid car. Solid floors and heater channels. No rot.
It is a superb Daily Driver, hitting 65/70 MPH with no issues. Pleasure to drive to down the highway. A true head-turner.
