This is an unrestored limited edition 1974 Sun Bug convertible. Has never been restored or molested. Last driven in about 2008 and stored in a dry barn since that time. Most of the special trim that characterized the Sun Bug has been lost over the years with the exception of the damaged deck lid emblem and the sport wheels. Engine turns over freely by hand. Car was running fine when parked. Brakes had failed-probably master cylinder. One strut tower has rust damage and floors are rusted through. New floor pans and strut tower sheet metal stamping and new master cylinder are included. Includes original owners manual. Will need seat covers and padding, convertible top, running boards, etc. Located south of Buffalo, NY about 2 miles from exit 57 if interstate 90. Seller will cooperate with shipper arranged by buyer.
