This 1968 Beetle is a blast! Put the top down and hit the road! For a car that is unrestored, this little beetle is still decentlypresentable. This car runs and drives excellent and I would not hesitate to jump in the car and drive across the country. The car drives well even at highway speed. The transmission works great but does have just a slight scratch going in to 2nd gear (VW mechanic adjusted it and it went away for 6 months but noticed it faintly after driving before this ad was written) The white paint is showing some age in a handful of places but as a whole the car cleans up and shines well. The exterior of the convertible top looks excellent and the headliner is in good shape but does have some slight discoloration (I have never tried to clean it). The brakes work well and the tires are in good shape. The interior is very presentable and the seats are free from tears. The carpet is in great shape but does have a stain or 2. If you are looking for a fun car to jump in and enjoydon't miss this opportunity to own this 1968 Volkswagen Convertible.
